Responsibilities:

• Researching and digging deep into details of decentralized finance, building and executing trading strategies to maximize returns and impact the market.
• Analyze emerging trends and identify high-potential DeFi projects, from yield farming to liquidity pools, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
• Work alongside a passionate team of traders and contribute your insights to revolutionize DeFi at a fast-paced, game-changing scale-up

What you bring:

• Hands-on experience building DeFi trading strategies with the ability to analyse and react quickly to market changes
• Understanding of blockchain basics: transactions, wallets, smart contracts, double spend, transactions pool, mining is a plus
• Strong desire to explore algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative, and market-making trading.
• Good Python skills - to review solutions of software engineers and write some code yourself, if necessary
• Familiarity with tools like Hyperliquid, Uniswap, Aave, Compound, and other DeFi platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
