Which brings us to you You enjoy coordinating participant journeys, managing large volumes of data and ensuring every detail is handled correctly. Whether it's registrations, communications, travel arrangements or last-minute changes, you're able to stay calm, prioritize effectively and keep everything moving forward. You work independently, take ownership of your responsibilities and build strong relationships with participants, clients and colleagues. You're also comfortable using digital tools and technology to improve efficiency and create a seamless delegate experience. What you’ll be doing In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients. Manage the full delegate journey, including registration, communications, travel booking and attendee support Build and maintain event databases in Cvent , ensuring participant information is accurate and up to date at all times Create and manage delegate communications, including invitations, reminders, follow-ups and final confirmations Coordinate travel arrangements and propose suitable itineraries while ensuring compliance with client requirements and healthcare regulations Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Support event delivery on-site when required and maintain accurate attendance and reporting data after the event What you’ll bring (We really mean it. Experience & skills 3+ years of experience in delegate management, travel coordination, participant management or a similar role Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare events industry Strong hands-on experience with Cvent , including event builds, registration management and reporting Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data management tools Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain exceptional attention to detail Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
