Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor delegated services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and assessments of delegated entities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. Facilitate training and support for delegated providers on best practices. Prepare reports and present findings to management and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between MedPOINT and external partners to foster strong relationships. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes affecting delegation oversight. Assist in developing policies and procedures related to delegation oversight. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance or quality assurance. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in managed care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC) is a plus. Flexible work from home options available. Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
