Delivery and Solutions Manager

SplashBI is looking for a Delivery and Solutions Manager to direct, organize and lead projects for implementation of SplashBI products and services across new and existing customer base. The candidate should have 10+ years of experience managing technology implementation projects.

For Atlanta based candidates this is a hybrid position. For candidates outside Atlanta metro area, this is a fully remote position.

We will consider candidates with valid work visas (H1B) for this position.



Job Description:

• Work with internal engineering, sales, customer success, and product support teams to ensure successful products and services implementation.
• Become a trusted advisor to customers by providing guidance while managing implementation lifecycle.
• Manage, improve, and monitor project performance of multiple projects with one or more internal and external dependencies, and multiple scopes.
• Identify, negotiate, communicate, and manage project changes.
• Report status of projects, including project risks, to customers, project team, supervisor, and other key staff.
• Lead and facilitate project team status meetings to obtain schedule, issues, risk, and dependency updates.
• Manage project budget and burn rate and communicate with customers and internal finance team.
• Improve delivery processes and documentation as needed across different project phases and deliverables.
• Assist in training our customer base and prospects on SplashBI products and services.
• Assist in developing solution architecture, project estimates, and proposals.
• Be a change leader and improve project delivery lifecycle.
• Provide “best practices” guidance and advice for functional issues and questions.
• Become knowledgeable in SplashBI products and services to become a valued customer advisor and improve project delivery.
• Monitor, escalate and assist in the resolution of customer support issues.
• Interact with customers and prospects for functional and technical support as needed.
• Develop presentations for customers and internal teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle ERP modules Finance/SCM is a must
• Experience implementing data and analytics solutions.
