The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do: Supply chain management and production planning support Request detailed information from suppliers regarding delivery issues including root cause and implement problem solving solutions (must be a results driven solution) Monitor MRP tools, production schedules, WIP (shop floor), and non-conformances against delivery commit dates; estimate/revise delivery dates including parts due within the next 60 days. Identify bottlenecks, conduct gap analysis, create mitigation plans, and generate and track action items to closure. Request routings from the supplier and understand process flow and issues that could interrupt the flow Request milestone or inchstone from supplier if critical delivery is imminent. Create and maintain Line of Balance (LOB) to monitor production flow, align supply with demand, identify bottlenecks, and ensure supplier commitment is accurately stated. Support part transition planning, execution, and verification work Document, summarize, write reports, and disseminate information per requirements per the cadence of the customer What You Will Bring: Experience in supply chain management aspects/production planning/quality/operations1-3 years Shop floor experience preferred Excellent communication skills Intermediate level Excel skills (Pivot, Create Line of Balance, V-Lookup, Formulas, create charts and graphs etc…) Able to develop strong customer-facing working relationships with buyers, engineers, and customer leadership as well as a close relationship with the supplier Strong relationship building/teamwork skills Experience in using SAP or similar ERP systems Experience with Tableau and Pelico a plus Ability to clearly communicate shortage status at both the working and executive levels Pay Range: $28.00/hour-$34.00/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
