Job Description Responsibilities: Lead transformation initiatives within the Insurance vertical, including process optimization, digital asset implementation, and standard methodology frameworks to drive operational efficiency. Engage proactively with clients to understand pain points, address concerns, and deliver solutions that enhance satisfaction and operational outcomes. Provide mentorship and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and high performance. Align team goals with customer objectives, ensuring consistent delivery on commitments and driving measurable results. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain proactive oversight of operational challenges. Build and maintain strong client relationships, improve Net Promoter Scores, manage the existing business portfolio, and contribute to revenue growth. Apply industry knowledge, Lean Six Sigma principles, and data-driven insights to evaluate opportunities, implement improvements, and drive continuous operational excellence.
