Delivery Manager

The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer with strong ServiceNow experience in solution design, implementation, deployment, and governance. The successful candidate must have practical knowledge and delivery experience across at least one of ServiceNow Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). You will play a key role in the design, development, deployment, and optimisation of EAM, FSM, and IRM solutions across our client base, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality implementations aligned with ServiceNow best practice. You will assist with the development of junior practice members enabling you both to learn new skills and further yours and their careers. You will be strongly encouraged to work your way through ServiceNow learning paths and gain new certifications. Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow EAM, FSM, and IRM solutions across the full delivery lifecycle Design and deliver EAM, FSM, and IRM solutions, including workflows, data models, security controls, and appropriate data segregation Collaborate with architects, platform owners, and business stakeholders to ensure EAM, FSM, and IRM solutions align with platform strategy, standards, governance, and operational requirements Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across enterprise asset, field service, and risk management processes Implement and support integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, and third-party systems required by EAM, FSM, and IRM solutions Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to platform optimisation and technical debt reduction Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practice
