Media Delivery Engineer Location: 100% Remote About the Opportunity We are seeking a Media Delivery Engineer to support media packaging, fulfillment, and delivery operations across a large-scale content distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in media operations, video transcoding workflows, and delivery systems who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment focused on content distribution and workflow automation. The Media Delivery Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring media assets are delivered accurately and efficiently to both internal and external partners while supporting initiatives to modernize and automate media delivery workflows. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal delivery teams to validate delivery specifications and establish transfer connections. Manage and fulfill media delivery orders within a semi-automated delivery environment. Monitor and track media deliveries to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality. Support the transition from manual processes to automated media workflows. Ensure media assets comply with required metadata and delivery specifications. Troubleshoot delivery issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently. Maintain documentation related to media delivery processes and workflows. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in media delivery, media operations, or a related field. Experience with media ordering and tracking systems such as Xytech . Knowledge of video transcoding platforms and workflows, including: AWS MediaConvert Amberfin Vantage Understanding of industry-standard metadata conventions, including: CableLabs MovieLabs Experience supporting media asset packaging, fulfillment, and distribution activities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with media workflow automation initiatives. Familiarity with content distribution across multiple digital platforms. Exposure to large-scale media operations environments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
