Grade A: £55,172 (National) or £61,028 (London – for London office based or homebased workers within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £600 per annum for those working from home. As a Delivery Manager , you’ll use your understanding and experience of regulation help turn important regulatory priorities into action, supporting improvements in the quality and safety of health and social care services. You'll work with a wide range of people, helping projects stay on track and deliver meaningful outcomes that improve care for people who use services. As a Delivery Manager, you might lead the delivery of a time-limited thematic review, bringing together subject matter experts and stakeholders to scope, plan and coordinate activity from start to finish. As a Delivery Manager, you might identify barriers affecting project delivery and introduce practical improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen oversight and support better outcomes across the directorate. The role You'll be key in helping us deliver our work. In this role, you'll: Lead project delivery: Manage regulatory and thematic projects from planning through to completion, ensuring clear roles, strong coordination and successful outcomes. Monitor progress and manage risk: Track milestones, identify issues early, maintain project documentation and provide clear reporting to support decision-making. Support teams and stakeholders: Work closely with colleagues, sponsors and partners, providing guidance, building effective working relationships and helping teams achieve shared goals. Show us We will be looking for specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form: Communication: Experience leading time-limited projects, reviews or improvement programmes, including planning activities, coordinating resources and delivering outcomes to agreed timescales. Strategic thinking: Experience using data, evidence and evaluation methods to monitor progress, identify risks and make informed recommendations for improvement. Engagement: Experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, bringing people together to deliver projects, solve problems and support positive change.
