About the Role

TEKTELIC is looking for a detail-oriented specialist to manage EU customer orders from quotation to final delivery.

You will connect customers with our Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams. Your goal is to keep orders accurate, shipments on track, and customers informed.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys customer communication, logistics, problem-solving, and taking ownership.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine - Hybrid.

Working hours: 08:00-17:00 CET with flexibility when needed.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and manage quotations, RFQs, and RFPs with the EU sales team.
• Check product configurations, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Enter and track customer orders and purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Respond to customer questions and provide clear order and delivery updates.
• Follow up on submitted RFQs and RFPs and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments between factories, warehouses, and customers.
• Work with freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Check commercial invoices, packing lists, customs, and export documents.
• Identify and resolve order, shipment, or documentation issues.
• Help improve order management and logistics processes.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, delivery coordination, or inside sales support.
• Experience supporting B2B customers, ideally in European markets.
• Understanding of order-to-cash and supply chain or logistics processes.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A structured and practical problem-solving approach.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping.
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
