Delphi Developer

Job Description Remote Full-Time We're looking for an experienced Delphi Developer to maintain and enhance a suite of desktop applications, working across legacy systems and SQL databases to keep critical software running smoothly. What You'll Do Maintain and enhance desktop applications built in Delphi. Work with legacy systems to implement enhancements and resolve defects. Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL database integrations (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle). Debug and resolve performance issues across live, business-critical applications. Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver software improvements. What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in Delphi development. Strong experience developing and maintaining desktop applications. Solid knowledge of SQL databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.). Experience with legacy system maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixing. Good understanding of software design, debugging, and performance optimization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills. Bonus Points Experience with API integrations or third-party service consumption is a plus. Familiarity with version control systems (Git/SVN) is beneficial. Prior experience in regulated or operationally critical software domains is a plus.
