Delphi Senior Developer at BairesDev

As a Delphi Senior Developer, you'll lead the development and maintenance of desktop and enterprise applications using Delphi. You'll work on complex software solutions, optimize existing systems, and mentor team members while ensuring code quality and performance standards are met.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Delphi applications and components.
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain and upgrade legacy Delphi systems while implementing new features.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Delphi development.
• Strong knowledge of Object Pascal and Delphi IDE.
• Experience with database connectivity and SQL.
• Understanding of software design patterns and architectures.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
