About The Role

Our client is a global healthcare technology company dedicated to advancing patient care through innovative medical solutions and a resilient, world-class supply chain. On their behalf, we are seeking a Demand PIPO Analyst to support the Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) demand process within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to execute transactional tasks that support the PIPO demand process. You will ensure accurate entry of demand data into ERP systems to facilitate inventory build requirements, maintain timely follow-up on requests, and forecast the transition from Phase Out to Phase In in order to send correct requirements to supply and production planning teams. Job Description

As a Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) Demand Analyst, you will play a key role in keeping the demand process running smoothly across regions. Working closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, you will manage the flow of demand data through ERP systems, support the accurate build of inventory, and provide the visibility that leadership relies on to make informed planning decisions. Your attention to detail and collaborative approach will directly contribute to the seamless transition of products from Phase Out to Phase In. You will make an impact by:

• Collecting, validating, and consolidating data requirements to prepare and submit inventory build requests to other area PIPO Leads.
• Following up on inventory build requests with cross-regional country teams to ensure timely alignment and execution.
• Preparing and delivering regular status reports on inventory build activities for presentation to leadership and senior management.
• Supporting data tool analytics.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and one (1) year of work experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Intercompany.
• OR a High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years of work experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Intercompany.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel), SAP ECC or S/4HANA, and Power BI.
• Effective communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to support data-driven decisions.
• Experience in project management.
• Combined experience in Supply Chain and other related assignments that enhance high cross-functional awareness.
