What you'll do Docusign is seeking a Demand & Field Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation and field marketing programs for our Commercial Business Unit (CBU) in the UK & Ireland, based in our Dublin office. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales Development, Commercial (CBU) sales leadership and cross-functional marketing partners to generate pipeline, accelerate deals and increase Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) adoption across UKI customers and prospects. You will own UKI CBU campaigns and field programs end-to-end, from audience and messaging through to execution, measurement and optimisation, while serving as the key marketing point of contact for UKI CBU sales. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Demand & Field Marketing for UKI. Responsibility Manage and execute integrated campaigns across channels (webinars, email, in product communication, digital advertising, 1st- and 3rd-party events, outbound pipeline programs) to drive awareness, consideration and demand for Docusign IAM solutions in UKI CBU Partner with UKI CBU sales and sales development leaders to define target segments and account lists, align on coverage and follow-up expectations, and ensure leads are progressed effectively through the funnel Work cross-functionally with Lifecycle Marketing, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Events and Marketing Operations to build and activate UKI CBU programs, including localised versions of global/EMEA campaigns Make recommendations and continuously refine the marketing mix to drive the best results, including email, webinars, paid social, display, content syndication, in-product communications and field events Collaborate with database, digital and web teams to optimise and manage digital channels that convert traffic into high-intent handraisers, trials and sales-accepted leads for UKI CBU Support planning and execution of key UKI events, including audience strategy, invitations, content, on-site experience and post-event follow-up Monitor, report and communicate program performance, and adjust plans to address pipeline gaps and optimise outcomes for UKI Build strong relationships with UKI CBU AVPs, first-line managers and AEs, representing marketing in country cadences (pipeline councils, QBRs, forecast calls) and capturing feedback to improve programs Contribute to shared EMEA playbooks and best practices so UKI learnings can be scaled across other regions Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience managing demand and customer acquisition programs for technology or software companies, with a track record of delivering pipeline and revenue Experience with multiple demand channels, including digital, paid social, email, webinars and field marketing, to drive pipeline in commercial/SMB and mid-market segments Experience partnering closely with Sales and Sales Development organisations, including building cross-functional relationships and alignment with sales leadership Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one marketing automation platform (e.g. Eloqua) and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau or similar) to build audiences and track performance Experience prioritizing, organizing, and delivering multiple programs in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English Preferred Ability to work from the Dublin office with regular in-person collaboration with UKI stakeholders Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in agreements, CLM, eSignature or related categories Experience working with or within EMEA markets, ideally with responsibility for the UK & Ireland Metric-driven mindset focused on setting, tracking and optimising against clear KPIs Experience designing and executing event-led programs (1st- and 3rd-party) tied to pipeline and sales outcomes Creative, collaborative and resourceful, with the ability to influence without formal authority and lead cross-functional projects Experience with both online and offline sales motions (digital-led and sales-led) Life at DocuSign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
