About this Position Ensure availability of right stocks R&P and FG at the right time to secure business continuity Ensure a high level of Forecast accuracy within the target. Ensure a controlled BIAS within the targeted corridor. Drive the S&OP process of the company. What you´ll do • Demand Planning Regional level: Monthly Demand Review. Monthly Dynamic forecast to be shared. Monthly demand files (Root cause, health check, sales achievement, S&OP presentation) to be shared on regional SharePoint. Local level: Initiative review meeting held by Marketing. Lead the monthly Demand review meeting to present the month achievement and discuss the sales forecast for the upcoming months. Supply review meeting and highlight any disturbance in the sales forecast that can affect the supply and production plan. Manage the monthly S&OP meeting (Top Management review) to discuss the KPIs of the company and support the business for decision making. • Weekly Tracker meeting with sales, Marketing, purchasing and plants to discuss and drive the sales vs production within the current month. Introduce the sales forecast on APO following the M+2 principle and reflect each update. Track the sales on daily basis to block the products on 100% achievement. Share the blocked products with the customer excellence team to reflect the changes on orders.
