In addition, Evident offers videoscopes, products for non-destructive testing techniques and for X-ray fluorescence analysis. Are you a structured, analytical professional with a passion for high-tech equipment and operational excellence? As our Demo Asset Manager , you will oversee the lifecycle and allocation of Evident´s demonstration equipment across the EMEA region. Acting as the central interface between Sales, Product Management, Service, Finance, and Operations, you will balance equipment availability and presentation quality against budget and cost constraints. In this role, you will lead a team of two Demo Coordinators, optimize capex planning, and ensure full transparency and data consistency across procurement and management systems. Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership: Direct and support two Demo Coordinators in their daily procure-to-dispose and order-to-return activities. • Capex & Budget Management: Drive the demo target pool and capex planning processes; align budget planning with Sales and Marketing, and track orders against approved budgets. • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of high-end assets—from procurement, deployment, servicing, and repair to final disposal or sell-off. • System & Data Governance: Ensure asset transparency and data consistency between systems (e.g., SAP) and the Demo Center at an individual article level. • Prototype & New Launch Support: Coordinate non-standard procurement processes for prototype equipment and high-value product launches prior to standard system availability. • Inventory & Asset Tracking: Track asset condition, value, order dates, and availability across the EMEA region to ensure delivery deadlines and equipment readiness are met. • Process & KPI Optimization: Monitor demo pool utilization KPIs, recognize performance trends, and execute pragmatic corrective actions to improve quality and lower costs. What We Are Looking For • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, equipment coordination, asset management, or administration (preferably within an international company). • Advanced MS Office and reporting skills; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and specialized asset tracking platforms. • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills with high attention to detail and data consistency. Proactive, pragmatically executed problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus. • Fluent written and spoken English and German are required.
