We’re searching for an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain execution for cutting-edge defense programs, partnering with internal teams and external suppliers to drive operational excellence and program success. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all supply chain activities supporting high-priority defense technology programs. Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams to translate program requirements into actionable supply chain strategies. Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for new and existing components, identifying alternative suppliers and mitigating risks. Establish and monitor key supply chain metrics to continuously improve lead times, inventory levels, and procurement costs. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and export control requirements (such as ITAR/EAR) for program materials. Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans regularly to stakeholders and leadership. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 7+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or program management experience, ideally within aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing sectors. Proven track record managing supplier performance and delivering results in complex, highly regulated environments. Expertise in sourcing, contract negotiation, production planning, and logistics. Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a data-driven mindset. Strong understanding of export control, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to defense technology. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Comfortable operating autonomously with urgency and accountability in a high-stakes, mission-focused setting. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience supporting advanced engineering, hardware, or defense technology programs. Familiarity with ERP systems, supplier portals, and supply chain analytics platforms. Experience scaling supply chain operations in fast-growing, venture-backed technology organizations. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in operational excellence.
