Role Description The Denmark Online Language School Franchise Partner role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and manage Lingua Learn’s presence in Denmark. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing and sales initiatives, engaging prospective individual and corporate clients, and managing relationships with students and partner organizations. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, implement provided systems (website, CRM, and processes), and ensure high-quality delivery of online language and training programs using the network of teachers and course materials. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, adapting strategies based on market feedback, and maintaining compliance with Lingua Learn brand standards in the territory.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, prepare proposals, and represent the Lingua Learn brand effectively.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and refine growth strategies.
• Experience in Training or education-related activities, with the ability to support and coordinate instructors and learning programs.
• Background in business development, sales, or franchise management, preferably within education, training, or service sectors.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and make data-informed decisions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish or other languages is an advantage.
• Familiarity with online platforms, CRM tools, and digital marketing practices to grow an online education business.
