Role Description The Denmark Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and managing a Lingua Learn virtual language school in Denmark. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local marketing and outreach, developing relationships with individual learners and corporate clients, and coordinating online language courses in line with Lingua Learn’s standards. The partner will manage operational activities such as scheduling classes, monitoring learner satisfaction, and collaborating with Lingua Learn’s central team on program delivery and quality assurance. The role also involves applying market insights to grow the franchise, implementing training guidelines provided by Lingua Learn, and ensuring compliance with the franchise agreement.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for client outreach, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with the Lingua Learn central team.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, understand local demand, and make data-informed business decisions.
• Writing and Training experience to support promotional content, basic documentation, and the coordination of learning programs.
• Experience in education, language services, or online training environments is beneficial.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, business development experience, and comfort working independently in a remote setup.
• Fluency in English and strong proficiency in Danish; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital tools and online platforms used for virtual learning and remote business operations.
