Posted Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 4:00 AM JOB PURPOSE: Insurance Coordinator focus is to support the insurance services team in a variety of tasks to ensure the team functions in an efficient and effective manner. This position is key to keep up with tracking new hire insurance training and the administration of the Community Partners program requests for service. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Data entry into Salesforce agency request information and Not to Exceed amounts. Provide Community Partners information and explain the request process to all Affordable Dentures affiliated practices upon new openings and provider requests. Approve requests received from agencies via Salesforce and notify agencies and practices within 24 hours. Enter and coordinate all new hire training in Litmos. Provide weekly report to show team members that have not completed Litmos training. Obtain and provide monthly accounts receivable reports from practice teams. Attend weekly training provided by Insurance Trainers to learn and provide recap of training via email. Assist team with sending out communications or any follow-up needed from payers or practice teams. Assist with insurance password re-sets and maintaining passwords. Assist with fee changes in Dentrix. Other duties as assigned Educational Requirements: High School Diploma ENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Ability to interpret and effectively communicate insurance regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to facilitate telephone, in-person, and/or web-based training sessions. Excellent problem-solving skills. Well organized, accurate, and thorough. Adaptable; readily adjusts work schedule to adhere to changes in the work environment and is able to manage competing demands. Adept at prioritizing, planning work activities, and developing reasonable action plans. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment. Proficiency with dental or medical software; Dentrix preferred. High level of customer service orientation. Ability to assess development needs of affiliated auxiliary practice staff. Knowledgeable in creating and presenting training course material. Must possess strong skills in the areas of interpersonal communication, analysis, critical thinking, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and oral and written communication. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
