Deployment Engineer & Architect We are looking for a Deployment Engineer & Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services for our Customers. This role is a combination of hands-on engineering and architecture leadership , focusing on building scalable, secure, and high-impact AI solutions. You will play a key role in our Agent Factory (FFL) model—delivering production-ready AI agents that transform business processes. What You Will Do Design and implement end-to-end AI agent architectures across Microsoft 365 and Azure Build and deploy agents using Copilot Studio and integrate with enterprise systems Develop custom plugins, connectors, and workflows to extend agent capabilities Lead technical design for Agent Factory (FFL) delivery and scaling models Work with customer teams to translate business use cases into technical solutions Implement RAG pipelines, integrations, and data orchestration for agent intelligence Set up and optimize Azure AI environments, landing zones, and deployment pipelines Ensure security, governance, and compliance in all solutions Collaborate with AI Transformation Advisors to deliver end-to-end customer impact Support testing, optimization, and continuous improvement of agent solutions What You Bring Core Engineering & Architecture Skills Strong software engineering background (e.g. .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures Ability to lead technical design and architecture decisions AI & Agent Development Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and agent development Experience building AI solutions using Azure AI / Azure AI Foundry Understanding of multi-agent patterns, orchestration, and automation Experience integrating APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems 👉 Agents operate across business processes and systems, combining orchestration, automation, and knowledge layers to deliver real value [ Data & Integration Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures Knowledge of Azure AI Search, data pipelines, and indexing approaches Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and enterprise data sources Security & Governance Understanding of enterprise security, identity (Entra ID), and data protection Experience implementing AI governance, compliance, and data security controls 👉 AI solutions are expected to include governance, identity, and security layers alongside agent orchestration and data acces What Makes You Successful You can move from architecture to hands-on delivery seamlessly You build solutions that are production-ready, secure, and scalable You understand both technical design and real business impact You are comfortable working in fast-evolving AI environments You take ownership and drive technical outcomes end-to-end Nice to Have Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse) Familiarity with Copilot extensibility and plugin models Experience with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines for AI solutions Knowledge of KSA regulatory and data residency requirements Arabic language skills Department Deploy Role Deployment Engineer & Architect Locations Saudi Arabia – Riyadh, UAE – Abu Dhabi Remote status Hybrid About Sulava MEA Sulava MEA is the first AI-native Microsoft Partner in the region and the 2025 Global Copilot & Agents Partner of the Year.
