The Role We're hiring a US-based Field Deployment Strategist (either Texas based or within commuting distance to Boulder, Colorado) to own the rollout of Teton's hardware into senior care and healthcare facilities across the country. Once a customer signs, you're the person who makes sure devices get installed, networked, and online—as fast and as smoothly as possible. Our setup is a compute box with multiple sensors cabled to it, deployed on customer networks inside customer buildings, alongside customer IT teams and third-party installers. Bringing it live means planning the rollout, coordinating everyone on site, and knowing enough about cabling, networking, and our system to keep things moving when something breaks. You'll sit between our hardware and engineering teams and the customer experience side, owning the handoff from signed deal to fully operational deployment. After go-live, you'll keep an eye on device health, investigate uptime issues, and ensure clean handoff to the customer's ongoing IT support. Expect significant travel. Responsibilities Own end-to-end deployment of Teton devices into US customer facilities Plan and project-manage larger multi-site rollouts, coordinating timelines across internal teams, customers, and third-party installers Coordinate with site maintenance, installers, and customer IT to schedule and execute installs Configure, cable, and validate compute boxes and connected sensors on customer networks Monitor device uptime across deployments, investigate issues, and drive resolution Hand off operational deployments to ongoing IT support cleanly and with documentation What We're Looking For Must-have Hands-on experience deploying hardware or IoT into customer environments, including cabling compute and sensor setups Solid understanding of IT networking and comfort working alongside customer IT teams Project management skills: able to plan multi-site rollouts and keep installers, customers, and internal teams aligned Customer-first mindset—you find satisfaction in making customers successful Comfortable with Linux and basic command-line troubleshooting Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Experience managing third-party installation vendors Willing to travel frequently across the US Nice-to-have Experience in healthcare, senior care, or regulated environments Location Texas based or within commuting distance to Boulder, Colorado What We Offer Participation in our warrant program (stock options) Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field A role with direct impact on how healthcare gets delivered
