Deployment Strategist | Warsaw, Poland|Remote

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Estimated compensation: PLN 240,000–480,000 annually
Work authorization: Existing authorization to work in Poland required

Own enterprise AI deployments from initial scoping through production launch
Work directly with senior customer stakeholders, Product, Engineering, and company leadership
Operate in a high-velocity environment where delivery happens in weeks rather than quarters
Help build reusable systems and IP that make future client engagements faster and more scalable

What You'll Own

Lead deployment of AI platforms and AI agents for enterprise customers
Scope requirements, success metrics, timelines, and integration plans
Own implementations involving APIs, data flows, SaaS platforms, and system integrations
Coordinate pilots, onboardings, refinements, and production launches
Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams around deliverables and SLAs
Manage multiple stakeholders across complex enterprise environments
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout each deployment
Create clarity when requirements are incomplete or ambiguous
Monitor AI agent performance after launch
Drive improvements based on production results
Identify additional AI use cases with customers
Expand adoption and measurable business impact

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in technical problem-solving, deployment, implementation, product, or related roles
Proven experience leading complex technical projects end-to-end
Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
Experience working with B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or technical implementations
Strong external client-facing experience
Ability to work directly with senior and C-suite stakeholders
Experience running discovery, scoping, and implementation conversations
Strong cross-functional execution skills
Ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities
High-agency and proactive working style
Ability to create direction without waiting for detailed specifications
Strong communication, organisation, and project management skills
Track record of executing quickly in ambiguous environments

Strongly Preferred Experience

Founder or very early-stage employee at a B2B startup
Experience joining a company around MVP or early product stage
Deployment, implementation, solutions, or technical strategy experience
Direct ownership of enterprise customer implementations
Experience delivering products or projects end-to-end
High-growth or early-stage startup experience
Engineering or hands-on technical background
AI product or enterprise AI deployment experience
Technical consulting experience combined with hands-on implementation ownership
Computer Science or related technical degree

This role may not be the right fit if you

Have a purely traditional consulting background without hands-on B2B or startup execution
Have only worked in large, slow-moving corporate environments
Prefer highly structured environments with detailed specifications
Need long planning cycles before taking action
Have limited direct external client-facing experience
Prefer coordination roles over direct delivery ownership
Are uncomfortable working in a fast-paced and highly autonomous environment
Have compensation expectations significantly above the stated B2B benchmark
Are unable to start within approximately 2 weeks of an offer
