Description Full-Time, Exempt Location: Sioux Falls, SD or Sandy, UT (Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office) Schedule: Monday–Friday | Standard business hours Compensation: Starting Salary: $165,000 - $192,000 annually (DOE) Provide Practical Legal Guidance. We are looking for a Deputy General Counsel to join our Legal team. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who enjoys serving as a strategic business partner while providing practical legal guidance across a growing organization. You'll play a key role by advising business leaders, negotiating commercial agreements, supporting regulatory compliance, and helping manage enterprise legal risk. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the organization, provide legal guidance on strategic initiatives, and help shape ECG's legal strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
