Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and narratives that translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations. Serve as the operational engine for vendor innovation initiatives, ensuring disciplined movement from idea to pilot to scale or exit. Support data governance and reporting initiatives by establishing repeatable processes, validation controls, and single-source-of-truth reporting. Continuously identify manual, fragmented, or inefficient processes and design automated or AI-enabled solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and opportunities with clearly articulated options and next steps. Adapt quickly to new, unexplored problem spaces and take ownership from problem definition through solution delivery. 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, analytics, or similar roles. Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with minimal supervision. Strong experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level governance and decision-making forums. Experience with Data, analytics, or visualization certifications (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.). Advanced proficiency in Data analytics, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to connect data, context, and strategy to drive outcomes. Exposure to IT services, vendor management, procurement, finance, or enterprise transformation programs. Hands-on experience with dashboards, workflow automation, AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting. Comfort working across geographies and time zones with global stakeholders.
