I. Job Summary Under supervision, create and covert designs into web designs, collateral materials, brand IDs and presentations. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead product and visual design for website. advertising and other projects as needed. Create interfaces from idea to sketch to high fidelity design to code deliverables. Work with Brand Manager to develop marketing deliverables and drive brand direction. Work with Dev Team and other internal groups to add new features, as well as refine existing features, in the core Company product. Use design to improve conversion rates while lowering the cost of support. Help manage documentation for usage by customers, internal employees, and 3rd party vendors. Help eliminate the need for documentation, through good design. III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in business or similar area of study or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience. 4 years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement).
