Job Description AI Consultant – Azure OpenAI, Generative AI & Copilot Studio (Dynamics 365 Ecosystem) Job Title AI Consultant – Azure OpenAI, Generative AI & Agentic AI Solutions Experience 8–12+ Years (depending on level) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant with expertise in Azure OpenAI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI solution development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing AI-powered business solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Conversational AI, and Intelligent Automation. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical architects to transform business processes through AI-first solutions built on Microsoft's AI ecosystem. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Customer Service, Sales, Contact Center, Field Service, Marketing) will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities 1.
