Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Developer Relationships professional. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with developers using AIsa’s platform, serving as a primary point of contact for onboarding, technical guidance, and ongoing support. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with the developer community, gathering feedback on the API and tools, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve the developer experience. The person in this role will create clear technical content such as guides, FAQs, and example integrations, and may host webinars, office hours, or community events to help developers build, monetize, and scale their AI workflows. The position also involves identifying partnership opportunities, advocating for developer needs within the company, and contributing to the growth of an inclusive, collaborative ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and APIs, with experience supporting or working closely with software engineers and technical teams.
• Experience in community building or developer advocacy, including managing forums, social channels, or events that engage and support developers.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and educational content, such as tutorials, sample projects, and integration guides.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.
• Background or strong interest in AI, machine learning, or related technologies, and familiarity with modern software development practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in developer relations, product management, technical support, or customer success in a technology company is a plus.
