We are looking for a RDE Development Coordinator with a main responsibility in coordination, communication and facilitation of various RDE activities . The preferred location for this position is Vaasa , Finland but also other locations can be considered . We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work. Your role and responsibilities As a RDE D evelopment Coordinator your work will include contributing to RDE activities by support ing with communication , general coordination and facilitation . The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of a highly engaged RDE team with diverse expertise and future oriented focus. Requirements for the position : RDE internal training courses coordination & facilitation Funded projects internal and external communication RDE l ibrary coordination & development Quality audit planning and preparation in RDE level Supporting cross-team forums planning and collaboration Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have: Excellent communication & coordination skills with relevant work experience Collaborative and outgoing personality Structured and systematic work approach Basic e xperience of Wärtsilä’s systems , tools and operations Why you and us?
