Job Description Development Lead - Advanced RPA | Noida, Uttar PradeshChennai, Tamil Nadu Job Summary We are looking for profiles with 5-6 years of experience for production application support. Key Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 production support for business‑critical applications. Handle incident, problem, and change management end-to-end. Ensure application availability, stability, and SLA adherence. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes. Prepare and deliver regular operational, weekly/monthly service reports. Support releases, deployments, and production changes. Work closely with stakeholders, development and infrastructure teams. Proactively identify and work on automation and efficiency improvements. Skill Requirements Skills Required: Must have Production support (L2/L3) experience and well versed with Incident/change/problem/reporting/stakeholder management and ITIL framework. Must have good monitoring and troubleshooting skills and respond quickly to production issues. Must have excellent communication skills and would be required to work in hybrid workplace model & provide on-call support. Must have experience with any database (preferably MongoDB) and should be able to work on ad-hoc data requests. Required production support exposure in Java, good understanding of react JS & spring boot. Good to have experience with Splunk, APM & ASM, Elastic.
