Development Operations Engineer

Infor are recruiting a Development Operations Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, automation, and operational excellence. This role is central to ensuring the continuous delivery and stability of Infor’s cutting-edge cloud-based enterprise software. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support seamless delivery of enterprise-scale applications. Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to support build, test, and deployment automation. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize infrastructure in AWS and other cloud environments. Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Contribute to the standardization and automation of development workflows and operational tasks. Support application scalability, security, and resilience in alignment with Infor’s cloud-first strategy. Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure high availability of services. Document processes, procedures, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability. Basic Qualifications: Experience in a DevOps, SRE, or related engineering role. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef). Experience of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog). Experience with security best practices in cloud-native environments. Experience in Kubernetes Preferred Qualifications: AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer). Experience working in regulated industries or following compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.). Experience with Agile development practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
