The Role

You help create a dependable, secure, and cost-conscious foundation for Numezis. You strengthen reliability, operational clarity, and sensible safeguards so teams can move with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Improve reliability, performance, and security across customer-facing operations.
• Create clear operational practices that make changes safe and repeatable.
• Make quality, capacity, and operational risks visible before they affect customers.
• Partner with engineering and product to balance resilience, speed, and cost.
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong experience in platform, reliability, or production operations.
• A record of operating customer-facing systems with clear ownership.
• Solid security, networking, and data-protection fundamentals.
• Ability to translate operational priorities into practical improvements.
  
  

Bonus Points

• Experience supporting applied AI or data-intensive workloads.
• Experience in financial, regulated, or other high-trust environments.
• Understanding of privacy and data-residency expectations.
• A habit of improving documentation, incident learning, and team practice.
