As experts of Avaloq's Mobile Banking solutions, we are responsible for developing, improving and maintaining the corresponding modules for our clients in the European market. Following agile development processes, we take care of all aspects related to our Mobile Banking offering by leveraging on our Avaloq Core Platform and tailoring the product to the market demands. You will be part of an international and dynamic team of Software Developers and Business Analysts spread across several locations all over Europe. As a DevOps Engineer at Avaloq, you can be part of many exciting and challenging projects relating to cutting-edge worldwide banking initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining development environments, optimizing pipelines, facilitate deployment and delivery of our Mobile Banking solutions and support integration of Mobile and Web Banking solutions. Your key tasks Managing and maintaining development environments with all necessary components Improving and adjusting existing pipelines to align with new requirements from the Web Banking Minor Upgrade Ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of configured and created products Analyze and address integration challenges in collaboration with other teams and service providers Supporting customers with the deployment of releases, ensuring seamless integration into their environments Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance automation, reliability, and performance of the release process It would be a real bonus if you have Certifications in the field of microservices and related scripting languages Experience in Supporting Mobile Applications Knowledge of Unix (RH) and related scripting languages Knowledge of Ergon Product Suite Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field Highly proficient with Jenkins pipelines, Gradle, Artifactory, Python, Groovy, Linux and Bash Proficient with tools and frameworks such as Ansible, ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, Openshift, Kotlin Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to analyze issues and execute solutions accordingly Fluent written and spoken English We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
