What we absolutely need from you is: Innovation focus Customer Obsession Growth Mindset Our Guiding Principles Delight our Customers Get things Done Respect & Integrity One Team Ownership (I am T – Count on Me) Curiosity & Growth What We Will Trust You With • Organize and perform the technical onboarding of TelCo and OSS (Operations support systems) applications onto Kubernetes-based platforms. • Contribute to Automation of operational tasks and creation of enhancements that will improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform and services. • Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of issues, resolve bugs, and improve system reliability and maintainability. • Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and service disruption. • Oversee change management processes and system lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth transitions, version control, and minimal disruption during upgrades or deprecations. • Participate in on-call rotation (for stand-by operations). About You We are looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong teamwork and communication skills. What You Will Need • University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems, or comparable qualifications. • Fluent in English. • 2+ years of proven experience in cloud technologies. • Experience onboarding complex applications into Kubernetes environments. • Strong Linux system administrator skills and TCP/IP network fundamentals (DNS, IP routing, load balancing). • Strong grasp of Kubernetes and containerization concepts and best practices (deployments, services, ingress, volumes, etc.). • Hands-on experience with GitOps tools and CI/CD workflows. • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible). • Experience in PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, Kafka, and monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus) Nice-to-Have • Background in TelCo OSS/BSS systems and network orchestration. • Exposure to OpenStack or other private cloud technologies. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and templating (Terraform, Helm). • Understanding cloud-native security and compliance practices. • Prior experience with onboarding frameworks and E2E system integration.
