About the Role We are looking for a DevOps FullStack Associate Software Engineer to join an international aviation project. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Java development, modern software engineering practices, and DevOps environments. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and support of business-critical applications. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications. Build and enhance microservices and RESTful APIs. Develop frontend functionality using JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Participate in DevOps processes and CI/CD pipeline activities. Write and optimize SQL queries for relational databases. Implement integrations using JMS, Message Queues, and Kafka. Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices. Ensure compliance with secure coding standards and OWASP guidelines. Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders. Support continuous improvement and modernization initiatives. Required Skills Excellent Knowledge Of Java 8+ Object-Oriented Design and Development Microservices Architecture Persistence API and Hibernate 4+ JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Maven and Git CI/CD and DevOps practices Test-Driven Development (TDD) Good Knowledge Of Spring Boot and Java EE Database technologies JMS, Message Queues, Kafka REST API development and consumption JSON and XML processing AI-assisted development tools (nice to have) Practical Experience With SQL query development CI/CD pipelines REST APIs and JSON Apache POI for XLS processing Jira or similar tools OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices Technical Environment Java 8+ Spring Boot Java EE Hibernate Microservices REST APIs JMS / Kafka Maven Git Bamboo SQL MS SQL Server Oracle Database JSP HTML CSS JavaScript JSON / XML What We Are Looking For 4-10 years of software development experience. Strong backend development expertise in Java. Experience working in agile and DevOps environments. Ability to deliver high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.
