Integrated within a team of DevOps Engineers, you will work on the CI/CD of the Teciem products supported by this team. Key responsibilities Building internal products, creating packages and releasing them to customers Automating builds, application deployments, reducing manual effort through automation Developing and managing CI/CD processes for Teciem products Supporting development teams in technical questions about CI/CD Supporting development teams with problems with DevOps tools Monitoring and managing DevOps infrastructure Supporting and managing internal environments Experience Required At least 3 years of experience in the software industry (Development or DevOps) Working experience of CI/CD systems Experience of process automation Work with Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban) Fast learner, adapt to new technology and keep current with industry certifications Technical Skills Experience with Jenkins CI tool (FreeStyle and Pipelines jobs) Working knowledge of Linux (RedHat/CentOS/Ubuntu preferably) DevOps developer mindset: Fluent on at least one of the following languages: Bash, Python or Groovy Proven successful experiences of process automation development Docker/Kubernetes user Git Agentic AI Soft Skills Fluent English – required to work daily within an international and distributed team Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with development and other DevOps engineers Problem ‑ solving mindset with a focus on root cause analysis Ability to follow existing processes and tooling, while contributing to their continuous improvement Good communication skills Autonomous and reliable in day ‑ to ‑ day operations, while knowing when to escalate to senior team members Proactive and curious attitude, willing to learn and grow in a complex technical environment Diverse Minds, Shared Ambition At Teciem, we believe that our strength comes from the diversity of our people.
