DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join White Circle , an AI Safety company building the policy enforcement and optimization layer for AI systems. Backed by $11M from senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, and DeepMind, White Circle processes 100M+ API calls monthly and runs its own LLMs in production. You will Build and maintain production infrastructure across AWS and on-prem – Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, container security, observability, and networking. Own IaC with Terraform, write Python automation, and support engineering and ML teams with compute-heavy workloads. Requirements Hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, S3, EKS, ECR), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Datadog, and Python. Strong Linux fundamentals and solid networking knowledge – TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, load balancing. Comfortable in both cloud and real production on-prem environments. One of the following is a must: ML or GPU workload experience, multi-cluster or multi-cloud environments, security-focused or air-gapped infrastructure. Relocation to Paris (hybrid) required.
