DevOps Engineer Expert

DevOps Engineer Expert InnoWave is looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our team. DevOps Engineer Expert Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes across multiple teams. Support the adoption of DevOps best practices, automation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze ALM lifecycle processes and identify optimization opportunities across development, testing, and operations phases. Develop reusable automation scripts and frameworks using Bash, PowerShell, and Python. Manage and maintain DevOps tools and platforms such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible. Review pull requests and contribute to shared libraries and automation standards. Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to improve delivery efficiency and operational reliability. Act as a technical lead, mentoring teams and promoting knowledge sharing initiatives. Create technical documentation, standards, and training materials to ensure team autonomy and process consistency. Support teams in the adoption of new tools, pipelines, and DevOps methodologies. Participate actively in Agile environments and continuous delivery initiatives. Skills Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or related roles. Strong experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible. Experience developing automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, or Python. Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and cloud-native environments. Experience analyzing and optimizing ALM processes and development workflows. Experience as a technical lead or mentor within engineering teams. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is valued. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to explain technical concepts and promote continuous improvement across teams. Fluent in English – written and spoken. Portuguese and Spanish are valued.
