We are currently searching for a DevOps/SRE Engineer: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation. Ensure alignment with Our Client's Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Actively contribute in a hands-on capacity, participating in implementation and problem-solving. Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team. Provide technical guidance and decision-making support. Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations. Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team. Your Profile (Requirements) Technical debt remediation experience. Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving capabilities. Technical leadership and decision-making experience. Stakeholder management and communication expertise. Risk and dependency management skills. Technical planning and prioritization proficiency. Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance. High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." Desired Experience with Cloud platforms ( Azure / AWS ). DevOps and automation practices. Enterprise architecture knowledge. Agile / Scrum experience. Metrics and reporting skills. Coaching, mentoring, and change management capabilities. Continuous improvement mindset. Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants. Languages Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams. Advanced Spanish.
