Become part of our team as: Digital Account Director ( all gender ) – Luxury/ Fashion/ Beauty Location: Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Düsseldorf What are your responsibilities? You lead the strategic digital consulting for a key digital account in the luxury fashion and beauty industry You act as the main strategic sparring partner for the client and translate business objectives into effective digital media strategies You oversee the planning, steering and continuous optimisation of Paid Social and Display campaigns across all relevant touchpoints You keep the overall campaign processes in view, identify improvement potential and ensure smooth collaboration between client, internal teams and external partners You ensure a high-quality client service by challenging recommendations, monitoring deliverables and maintaining a clear focus on performance and brand impact You develop and maintain a trusted senior client relationship while proactively bringing in media trends, innovation and strategic impulses What skill set do you bring with you? You bring extensive professional experience within the media agency environment, ideally at Director level or as a very experienced Group Head You have solid experience in digital client consulting, ideally for a digital-first client or a brand with a strong digital media focus You understand the operational side of digital campaigns and have experience in campaign activation, ideally in Paid Social, or in digital media planning You are confident in translating client objectives into strategic digital media recommendations and know how to connect strategy with execution You have proven leadership experience and enjoy guiding, developing and coordinating teams in a fast-moving agency environment You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and speak fluent English in day-to-day client and team communication Contract Type : Permanent Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
