Digital Advertising Specialist - 26072002 Our client is one of the fastest-growing full-service advertising agencies in South Texas, they are partner with clients across 48 U.S. states and Canada , delivering measurable results through strategic digital advertising. We're looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist who loves building, optimizing, and improving digital campaigns. What You'll Do You'll work closely with our Digital Campaign Manager to execute and optimize campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on execution role where you'll own campaign implementation, monitor performance, solve problems, and continuously improve results. Campaign Execution & Optimization Build and launch advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, AudioGo, and other digital platforms. Monitor, optimize, and adjust live campaigns to improve performance and achieve client KPIs. Set up and validate tracking using pixels, conversion events, site tags, and cross-platform analytics. Build and optimize campaign assets inside HighLevel, including landing pages, forms, automations, and platform integrations. Work with Simpli.fi representatives to manage insertion orders, campaign assets, pacing, recommendations, and optimizations. Coordinate with developers to implement website improvements or make minor website updates when needed. Reporting & Performance Analysis Ensure reporting dashboards are accurate and connected to all required marketing channels. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc campaign reports. Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend optimization opportunities. Support strategic audits with accurate reporting and campaign insights. Project Management & Collaboration Manage campaign build-outs and deadlines in Asana. Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure creative assets are delivered on schedule. Participate in internal meetings and client calls, confidently discussing campaign performance and next steps. Collaborate with multiple internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently. Required Experience 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns. Previous agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously. Experience launching, optimizing, pacing, and troubleshooting campaigns. Strong understanding of campaign reporting, analytics, and performance optimization. Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or similar platforms. Experience managing creative assets or collaborating closely with creative teams. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HighLevel is a strong plus). Experience with Simpli.fi is a bonus but not required—we'll train you. You're a Great Fit If You...
