Digital Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a Digital Analytics Engineer to join our team in a 100% remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing digital analytics solutions across digital platforms. You will work closely with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical tracking implementations, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection. You will analyze user behavior to generate actionable insights, support website optimization initiatives, ensure data quality through integrations with analytics, advertising, and social media platforms, and coordinate analytics-related activities across multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative and agile environment.

Requirements

• 3 years Experience with digital analytics implementation and tracking solutions
• 3 years Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
• 3 years Experience with tag management platforms such as Tealium (preferred), Google Tag Manager, or Adobe Launch
• 3 years Knowledge of JavaScript and Front-End development concepts
• 3 years Experience integrating analytics platforms with Google Ads and social media platforms
• 3 years Experience analyzing user behavior data and producing actionable insights
• 3 years Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• 3 years Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Experience coordinating analytics activities across cross-functional teams

• Fluent English C1
