Is this job info correct?
Company Description Tylt is a global stablecoin payments platform that enables businesses to collect payments, send payouts, and convert between fiat and stablecoins in multiple markets. The platform unifies stablecoin settlement with trusted local payment rails such as Open Banking in Europe, Pix in Brazil, Interac in Canada, and QR Ph in the Philippines through licensed partners. Tylt’s core solutions include a Crypto Payment Gateway for accepting stablecoin payments and CrossRamp for connecting fiat payment rails with stablecoin infrastructure. Its infrastructure supports industries where global payments, cross-border settlement, and efficiency are critical, including fintech, banking, travel, real estate, e-commerce, global payroll, and international trade. Operating under a VASP license in Poland, registered as an MSB with FINTRAC, and progressing toward MiCA compliance, Tylt has distributed teams across Europe, LATAM, and Southeast Asia.
Role Description The Digital Asset Quality Analyst is a full-time remote role focused on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of digital asset data across Tylt’s global payments platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating digital asset records, checking transaction and metadata integrity, and monitoring quality metrics for assets used in payment flows, gateways, and CrossRamp operations. The analyst will develop and maintain quality standards, perform root-cause analysis on data issues, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Additional tasks include documenting quality findings, supporting audits and compliance checks, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for digital asset management and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex payment, stablecoin, and transaction data and identify patterns or anomalies.
  • Experience in quality control practices, including systematic review of digital asset records, data validation, and issue detection.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies for defining standards, test procedures, and continuous improvement of data and processes.
  • Understanding of quality management principles for maintaining documentation, metrics, and governance across digital asset workflows.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Experience with data tools or dashboards (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL basics) and comfort working in a digital-first environment.
  • Background in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services is beneficial, along with familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
