Our Analysts work independently and in group settings to get hands on experience in building effective relationships and creating solutions for our clients. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related majors Exposure to Student Financial Aid process or implementation, and technical aptitude is a plus Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients and co-workers Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment Willingness to travel up to 50% Flexible living locations in the U.S. The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $95,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $91,800 - $106,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
