We are looking to hire a Digital Content Writer to join our Brand Content team. The ideal candidate will be a native-level English speaker with at least five years' experience writing content for the European market. This role is responsible for creating high-quality long and short-form content across campaigns and social media, managing copy on our corporate website and ensuring every piece is optimised for discoverability through SEO and AI-powered search. Must Have: · Exceptional writing and editing skills across a range of formats, from long-form reports to campaign copy and website content · Strong experience writing high-performing website copy with a clear understanding of user experience and digital content best practices · Good understanding of SEO principles and how content is discovered through search engines and AI-powered search experiences · Strong understanding of brand storytelling, tone of voice and content marketing best practices · Ability to translate complex HR, Pay and Time topics into clear, engaging and human content · Experience using content performance metrics and analytics to optimise content effectiveness · Creative thinker who can generate original content ideas and identify emerging trends and opportunities · Comfortable collaborating with subject matter experts, marketers, designers and campaign managers · Experience working with content management systems such as Drupal or WordPress · Familiarity with website publishing workflows and content governance · Ability to measure content performance, conduct A/B testing and apply insights to improve results Tasks: · Write and edit high-quality content across a range of formats, including reports, articles, blogs, white papers, case studies, campaign assets and website content · Ensure all content reflects SD Worx's brand, tone of voice and values, maintaining consistency across every channel · Write, publish and optimise website content that delivers a strong user experience while improving visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms · Review website content and user journeys from the audience's perspective, identifying opportunities to improve navigation, messaging and conversion · Contribute to content strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, thought leadership ambitions and business goals · Recommend and implement content improvements that increase audience engagement, reach and brand visibility · Use analytics, engagement metrics and website performance data to evaluate content effectiveness and inform future recommendations Why Join SD Worx?
