That's where you come in. ✨ About the role Design at Bambuser is about helping people understand. Whether you're creating a sales presentation, a landing page, an event experience, a customer story, or a campaign asset, your work will help shape how prospects, customers, partners, candidates, and investors perceive Bambuser. You'll work across Commercial, Marketing, Product and Leadership teams to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging, high-impact communication. Some days that might mean helping sales tell a stronger story. Other days it might mean improving a website experience, creating assets for a global event, or helping package a new product launch. We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding the problem behind the brief. Someone who asks questions, cares about outcomes as much as aesthetics, and sees design as a business tool, not just a creative discipline. What you'll do Translate complex products, ideas and strategies into clear, compelling visual communication Design and build digital experiences including landing pages, web content and campaign assets Support commercial teams with presentations, customer stories and materials that help win business Create marketing assets across social media, paid campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives Bring Bambuser into the physical world through event experiences, print materials and branded environments Continuously improve how Bambuser shows up across every customer and candidate touchpoint Maintain and evolve a consistent, high-quality visual identity across channels Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to understand goals and shape effective solutions Who you are We think you'll thrive here if you're naturally curious about why things need to be designed, not just how. We believe you should have A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and communication skills Experience designing across both digital and physical touchpoints The ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging experiences Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A structured way of working with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluency in professional English, written and spoken Your toolkit We care far more about outcomes than specific tools, but experience with the following is valuable: Figma Webflow Adobe Creative Suite Google Slides Nice to have Motion design experience Video editing experience Experience using AI tools to accelerate creative workflows Experience working in SaaS, technology, e-commerce or high-growth environments Why Bambuser?
