Digital Employee Experience & Technology Transformation Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global initiatives focused on improving Digital Employee Experience through technology and process transformation.
• Drive the development and implementation of ServiceNow-based solutions, ensuring they effectively address employee and business needs.
• Shape and continuously improve digital employee services, making internal processes simpler, more intuitive and user-friendly.
• Work closely with HR, Technology, Finance and other business functions to identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation projects from initial concept through implementation and further development.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives and senior business leaders, presenting recommendations, gaining their support and driving alignment around key transformation initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring that technology solutions support both employee needs and broader business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and emerging technologies to enhance employee-facing services.
• Use employee feedback, business insights and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and define priorities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of new solutions across an international organisation.

Requirements:

• Strong, hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, ideally gained within complex, international transformation projects.
• Proven experience in Employee Experience / Digital Employee Experience, with a good understanding of how technology can improve employee-facing services and processes.
• Experience in leading large-scale technology or business transformation projects in an international environment.
• Strong track record of working with C-level and senior executive stakeholders, including the ability to influence decisions, gain buy-in and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to effectively connect the business and technology perspectives and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Proactive and independent approach, with the ability to drive complex initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent English and experience working in an international environment.
