You will run digital and hybrid events and the network behind them at an alliance site at Sigonella in Sicily, from the switchboard to the streaming studio. What you will be doing Setting up and managing the audio visual infrastructure for digital meetings and events, from equipment through to streaming and recording Writing, planning and executing full AV implementation plans with the customer Preparing and running a mobile streaming studio including video walls and green screen Producing the technical plan and run of show for larger digital and hybrid conferences, and supervising the technical team on the day Supporting Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams and other meeting platforms, including first line troubleshooting for scheduling, bridging and recording Contributing to the operational configuration of network active devices and helping investigate network problems Maintenance on Siemens telephone switchboards, desk and DECT phones, and VoIP handsets Specifying technical configurations for a small network or a segment of a larger one, and running integration tests against the specification Designing jingles, banners and digital signage for events What you will need At least two years in an international or multinational organisation At least two years managing Cisco local area network and end user devices Troubleshooting and configuring Polycom video conferencing equipment Setting up and operating audio visual equipment for indoor and outdoor events Genuinely strong customer skills, because much of this happens in the room while a meeting is running Worth knowing before you apply Eighty per cent on-site at Sigonella in Sicily Support outside business hours may be required, and hardware is deployed to users' offices Practical detail Contract engagement, about 700 hours from late September to the end of December 2026 An active security clearance is required for this role Your CV may not be up to date.
