Digital Marketer

As Digital Marketer, you drive the day-to-day performance of our paid growth across Latam and European markets. You proactively spot and implement optimisations, run your own tests, and use data to catch issues before they become problems. You'll report directly to our Head of Digital Marketing. What you'll do : Independently manage and optimise paid campaigns You manage and own the paid campaign results for AR, CO, CL and NL, hitting new member growth, spend, CPA and ROI targets Proactively identify and implement optimisations to improve the efficiency of existing campaigns Keep paid strategy tightly integrated with brand messaging and creative Work closely with our local market teams to stay grounded in on-the-ground priorities and nuances Turn data into daily decisions Interpret performance data to diagnose issues, spot opportunities and propose actionable solutions Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders, informing how we prioritise investment across markets and channels Contribute data-driven insights that shape targeting and creative choices Grow organic acquisition through ASO Develop and execute ASO strategies to enhance app visibility and conversion Test and improve Design and run independent tests to drive incremental growth and improve existing funnels Test new tools and AI-driven approaches to work faster and smarter What will help you be successful : You have ~2-3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing Hands-on experience running and optimising paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads or similar) You're comfortable pulling and interpreting your own data (Google Analytics or similar); SQL is a plus You are data-driven and analytical. You dig into the numbers to find what's not working and fix it Experience with mobile app install campaigns and mobile B2C subscription businesses is a strong plus You are proactive.
