Job Requirements: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies. Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing tools. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, social media insights, and other performance measurement tools. Basic graphic design skills with experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. Core responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.) to achieve business goals. Content Marketing: Develop, plan, and execute content marketing strategies that engage target audiences, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and more. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including developing content calendars, posting, and engaging with the audience. SEO & SEM: Perform keyword research and optimize web pages, landing pages, and online content for SEO. Manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC campaigns to drive qualified traffic. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure success and make data-driven decisions for campaign improvements. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns, newsletters, and automated marketing workflows. Conversion Rate Optimization: Improve conversion rates on landing pages and ads through A/B testing and analysis. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, design, and content, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and basic graphic design.
